    Kids Judo with Mike Muender

    Kids Judo with Mike Muender

    Tuesdays at 5:00 PM
    $30/ Month

Provide structure for your child by adding Judo into their routine. Judo differs from many other martial arts because children must work with each other. In Judo your child will learn about cooperation and teamwork while making new friends. It teaches sportsmanship through fun and friendly competition.

Judo teaches children discipline by requiring them to always respect their instructor, teammates and training area. This code of conduct inevitably transfers to their home, school and friends.

We offer a safe, clean and nurturing environment. The children practice in a group setting, while the sensei assists each child with his or her individual needs, providing the guidance necessary for them to learn and grow within the discipline.

Mike Muender has taught Judo on the Eastern Shore since 2004. He founded the Eastern Shore Judo Tounament in 2018, and is the Sensei Eastern Shore Judo, a club affiliated with the American Traditional Jujutsu Association (ATJA). Sensei Muender is ranked Gordan (5th degree black belt ) by the ATJA and Nidan (2nd degree black belt) in JuJutsu by the ATJA.
