ESO Summer Camp features
classes in visual and performing arts as well as science, cooking, and horticulture. Campers aged 5-12 will experience the fun of visual and performing arts and science, learning from artists and instructors from the Eastern Shore of Virginia and beyond. The last day of camp week will feature an open house for parents and family to see all the fun had during camp.
Camp is divided into 3 age groups based on age.
Drop off between 8:45-9 AM: Check in with ESO Office, camper marked present, hangs lunch bag,
and join age group.
Pick up 3:15:Check out with ESO staff. Campers will be
dismissed after their last class
What to Bring (labeled with Child’s Name):

Any daily medication
should be given to office staff with
written instructions on dosage.

Do you Love to dance??
For beginner and intermediate dancers.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
Join Niya Wilkins for this incredible opportunity to explore dance. Students will be immersed for a week full of dance technique, dance culture, and HBCU dance opportunities that will teach strength, discipline, and focus. Come and see how dance can help build confidence, character, and creativity!
Each camp day will be structured and will begin with technique class in one of the tree disciplines, Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Ballet. After class students will have the opportunity to get to know each other with ice breaker activities and breakout sessions meant to connect, encourage and support. Follow Niya as she reveals the incredible world of HBCU Dance and the impact it has had on her life. through her experiences she hopes to share her love for dance and introduce HBCU dance opportunities the the youth of the Eastern Shore. In the afternoon choreography will be taught and students will rehearse for a showcase that will take place on Saturday July 1st!
